Scheduling and Appointments:

* Appointments are scheduled in advance and typically last 50-60 minutes.
* 24-hour advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
* Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of the client’s arrival time.

Confidentiality:

* All information shared during therapy sessions is kept strictly confidential, in accordance with professional ethics and legal requirements.
* Exceptions to confidentiality include imminent risk of harm to the client or others, or when required by law (e.g. reports of child/elder abuse).
* Records and session notes are securely stored and only accessed by the treating clinician.

Fees and Payment:

* The standard fee for a 60 minute session is 800 AED.
* Payment is expected at the time of service and can be made by cash, credit/debit card and link.
* Clients are responsible for verifying their insurance coverage and obtaining any necessary authorizations.

Services Policy:

Green mind will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Client Rights and Responsibilities:

* Clients have the right to receive respectful, ethical, and effective treatment.
* Clients are expected to participate actively in the therapy process and complete agreed-upon assignments or tasks.
* Clients should communicate openly with the clinician about their needs, concerns, or any dissatisfaction with services.
* Clients have the right to request a referral to another provider if they feel their needs are not being met.

Refund policy:

At Green Mind Health Consultancies, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your psychological consultation.
We strive to be as accommodating as possible while also maintaining the financial stability of our practice.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be subject to a rescheduling of an appointment. You will receive a rescheduling anytime in the available slot schedule.
If you have prepaid for a package of sessions and need to cancel the remaining sessions, you will receive a rescheduling anytime in the available slot schedule.
